Full-service preparedness support

AED & first-aid programs

We sell and install AEDs and first-aid cabinets, stock them, inspect them monthly, and restock what's used. One call covers it all.

Safety walkthroughs

Scheduled visits with photos and a written report ranked by priority, so you know where to focus first.

Mock inspections & surveys

Mock OSHA-style inspections for job sites and mock AHCA, state and Joint Commission-style surveys for care facilities, modeled on the standards inspectors use. They help you identify issues early and cannot predict or guarantee a result.

Emergency planning

Emergency plans, hurricane-season checklists, contacts and drill documentation, organized and ready to show.

Training & safety talks

Toolbox talks, staff safety meetings and awareness materials built around what we see on your site.

Pre-discharge home safety walkthroughs

Before someone goes home from a care facility, we walk the home with the family or care team and document fall, fire and emergency hazards with photos. This is a non-clinical safety walkthrough, not a therapy or medical assessment.

Medical & facility supplies

PPE, first-aid and healthcare essentials, sourced through our supply partners and delivered on a schedule that fits your facility.

Notary Public services available on request.

About Safety On Site

We help organizations prepare for what matters, prevent what can be prevented, equip people with the right tools, and educate teams to respond with confidence.

Our work draws on real-world experience across construction sites, healthcare facilities and emergency response: site inspections and safety audits, toolbox talks and safety meetings, AHCA and state surveys, Joint Commission survey preparation, CPR and AED response, and transportation and DOT compliance. We pair that experience with a growing network of partners for specialized services and supplies. Partner referrals are not endorsements or warranties.

  • OSHA 30 trained
  • CPR and first aid certified
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • CDL and DOT experienced
  • Notary Public

Common questions

What does a walkthrough give me?

A clear picture of where your site stands today and where to focus first. You get photos, plain-language findings ranked by priority, and a recommended next step for each item.

Will it help us get ready for an inspection or survey?

Our mock inspections and surveys are modeled on the standards inspectors and surveyors use, so you can identify issues early. They cannot predict or guarantee an inspection or survey result.

Can you handle AEDs and first-aid supplies for us?

Yes, start to finish. We supply AEDs and first-aid cabinets, install them, check them every month and restock what's used.

What if my industry isn't listed?

No problem. If people work, visit or gather at your site, we can build a scope that fits. Tell us about your location and what worries you.

What happens if you spot something serious?

Items we consider urgent are communicated promptly, not saved for the monthly report. We tell you what we saw, why it matters, and recommend corrective action paths for your team or qualified contractors to address.

Do you go inside individual units or homes?

Yes, with written permission from the community or owner and advance notice to residents. For managed properties it's $15 per unit added to a scheduled visit. For one-off visits, such as an owner who lives out of town, pricing starts at $199.

What is a pre-discharge home safety walkthrough?

We visit the home before a resident or patient returns and note visible hazards such as tripping risks, poor lighting, blocked exits and missing smoke alarms. You receive photos and a prioritized list to share with the care team and family. It is non-clinical and does not replace an assessment by a therapist or other clinician.

Are plans month-to-month?

Plans are 12-month agreements billed monthly. The written agreement spells out scope, schedule and how changes work.

What happens before service starts?

We talk through your site and concerns, agree on the areas, schedule and deliverables, and send a written proposal. No surprises.

Where do you work?

Central Florida and surrounding areas, including Kissimmee, Orlando and St. Cloud. Outside that area? Send us an inquiry and we'll work out how to meet your needs. Travel fees may apply for longer distances.
